Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit, size exchanges, item exchanges, and refunds. Please ensure your return meets the requirements below:

• The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached

• The item is packaged back into the original bag

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

• The item has absolutely no marks or stains

• The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder)

All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
New shipments for size or item exchanges will also be paid by the customer.

Faulty items will be reviewed by the ANOTHA team once processed through our returns portal. If the fault is accepted, return shipping costs will not be covered.

ANOTHA reserves the right to reject returns that are sent back outside the return period or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by ANOTHA.
